How to cook the perfect lasagne soup for autumn - it's like a cuddle in a bowl and takes very
AUTUMN is officially upon us which means one thing - it’s soup season.
With the colder weather rolling in, and the promise of snow within days, it’s the perfect time of year to tuck into a hot bowl of food.

And one food lover has revealed his unusual concoction which is like a “cuddle in a bowl”.
Fraser Reynolds, who recently released his first cookbook Tasty High Protein, said his lasagne soup recipe requires very little effort but produces mouth-watering results.
In a TikTok video, he said: "Lasagne soup is like your favourite person giving you a big cuddle.
"It's warm, cosy and you just never want it to end.
"Even you big macho men out there all love a wee cuddle.
"Ladies and gents, welcome to cuddle season."
He added: "Get the big soup pot out and treat yer favourite person to this absolute delight
"As far as recipes go this one’s fairly straight forward and requires very little washing up (result)."

To make Fraser's pasta-laden soup, sauté one diced onion for 2-3 minutes then add in garlic for 30 seconds.
Next, brown the mince, sprinkle on the seasonings and aed in the tomato purée, garlic passata, chicken stock and broken up lasagna sheets.
Fraser, from Bannockburn, Stirling, advises: “Make sure the lasagna sheets are fully separated.
“Then simmer until al dente and add in the fresh cream, basil and coriander.”
But the 32-year-old's autumn warmer - which is just 414 calories per bowl - has left social media users divided.
One gushed: "Finding inspiration in your posts and hoping I can finally shift some baby weight!"
Another, however, wrote: "Italy just died when they heard you say lasagne soup."
We told earlier how Fraser began his career as a PE teacher and went on to run a local CrossFit gym near Stirling as well as spending time managing a gym in Australia.
He has since amassed over 1.5million followers across social media platforms by sharing healthy recipe ideas, making his mark as a global nutrition expert.
Fraser - who also livestreams mass cook-a-longs with his followers - says he is now able to help and inspire thousands thanks to social media.
He said: "The big thing for me is having families being able to sit down at the table together - without feeling restrictive.

"If you plan and prepare your own meals, you are able to cater for everyone at the table without being over restrictive.
"Batch cooking - where there are portions left over for the following day - is also a good technique so you can make your meals go further."
